30 Prairie Fire Student-Athletes earn Academic Honors

Fall 2009 All-Midwest Conference Academic Team

The Midwest Conference announced the 2009 Fall Academic All-Midwest Conference honorees on December 2, 2009. 30 Knox Student-Athletes were honored. In order for a student-athlete to be honored the athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 while lettering in any of the MWC fall sports.

Rachel Clark named Prairie Fire Performer of the Week

Rachel Clark, a sophomore from Newton, IA (Newton High School), has been named Knox College Prairie Fire Performer of the Week after leading the Prairie Fire tennis team to their first win of the season, defeating rival Monmouth College 5-4 on September 17th.
