Campus Progress

In connection with the Center for American Progress, led by Knox alum and chair of the Obama transition team John Podesta '71, Campus Progress is an organization that operates on many campuses nationwide. At Knox, you have the chance to take part in Campus Progress, which makes sure that the next generation of progressive leaders is better trained, better informed, more diverse, and more united than previous generations.

In light of a new era and a new administration, Campus Progress hopes for an abundancy of new ideas on campuses across the nation, and hopes that they can all be heard, including those at Knox.

Goals of the Knox chapter of Campus Progress

  • Provide students with clear and concise information regarding the present scope of issues in the United States in order to allow the free formation of views and opinions on campus
  • Inform students with the most unbiased information possible about current events
  • Ensure your opportunity to have your voice heard
  • Develop a long term vision of a progressive America
  • Create a space to discuss new ideas and policy proposals

Campus Progress believes that your voice, the voice of the youth of America, is a voice that needs to be heard in today's political climate.
